Set on a hill, from this villa you have the chance to admire the Montefeltro panorama, it is 7km far from Pesaro and it was built in the XVIII century. In the middle of the 80's it was completely restored.

There are 10 bedrooms, 2 wide saloni, a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, a "salle-ā-manger" with a veranda that brings to the garden. All around 1 hectar of private park with a nice big shed that may be transformed into habitable (today is just a garage). Finally, 5 hectars of land with 170 productive olive trees.
